Refund Policy

Customer satisfaction is most important to us here at Chart Education.

 

Refund policy for classroom based courses:

​

• NO fee refunds are permitted if the refund request is received after the 5 days of course.

• NO fee refunds are permitted if the student has taken any discount / concession / discount offer at the time of admission. 

• A 75% of net fee (Net Fee = Total Fee - GST) refund will only be given if a refund request is received in writing before the date of the course (batch) starts.

• A 25% of net fee (Net Fee = Total Fee - GST) refund will only be given if a refund request is received in writing before 5 th day of the course 

• Any refunds authorized will be issued within the current term period and at the company’s discretion.
