Unfortunately the sending of information via the internet is not totally secure and on occasion such information can be intercepted. We cannot guarantee the security of data that you choose to send us electronically, Sending such information is entirely at your own risk.

  • In the event that we sell any or all of our business to the buyer.

Payment

Cash or Personal Cheque with Bankers Card, all major Credit/Debit Cards, Bankers Draft, NEFT, RTGS Transfer are all acceptable methods of payment. Our Terms are payment in full while buying a course. All courses & contents of courses remain the property of the Company you can only explore them to study not for selling or reselling purpose.  We reserve the right to approve the course buy by you.

 

Refunds Policy

Customer satisfaction is most important to us here at NIFM Educational Institutions Ltd. popularly known as “Chart Education “ 
A Refund policy is applicable:
NO fee refunds are permitted after the purchased course is activated to Explore.

A 50% of fee refund will only be given if a refund request is received in writing before the activation of course to explore.


Should the company be subject to any charges/fees as a result of any payments being declined, incorrect or invalid payment details, unauthorized cancellations etc, you will be liable to pay the company this amount within 7days and before any refund can be issued.
Any refunds authorized will be issued within the current term period and at the company’s discretion.
By registering on to the site you are agreeing to all the company terms and conditions.

 

Availability


Unless otherwise stated, the services featured on this website are available globally. All advertising is intended solely for the global market. You are solely responsible for evaluating the fitness for a particular purpose of any downloads, programs and text available through this site. Force Majeure

Waiver

Failure of either Party to insist upon strict performance of any provision of this or any Agreement or the failure of either Party to exercise any right or remedy to which it, he or they are entitled hereunder shall not constitute a waiver thereof and shall not cause a diminution of the obligations under this or any Agreement. No waiver of any of the provisions of this or any Agreement shall be effective unless it is expressly stated to be such and signed by both Parties.
